AA (Auto Answer):

The auto-answer feature on the soft-phone must be deactivated when an agent is not at their seat. The fine for non-compliance is $500.

PU (Phone Usage):

Agents are not allowed to use or take out their phones in the office. The fine for this violation is $500.

SM (Social Media):

The use of social media is prohibited for agents during working hours. Violating this policy will result in a fine of $500.

PP (Payment Processing):

Payment processing is strictly limited to authorized staff only. Unauthorized viewing of the payment gateway or proximity to the payment processing area is prohibited, with a fine of $200.

WL (Windows+L):
